Regular Meeting
October 5, 2011
The meeting opened at 8:05 PM. Present were: Tom Daly, Jerry Gannelli, John Mirick and alternate member Ann Neuburg. Chairman Rick McCowan and Mark Canfield were absent.
After the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Board resumed the regular meeting at 8:05 PM.

Discussion moved to October 19 meeting.
Other Business
OSRD Plan Request for Extension- Jo-Anne Crystoff
Jo-Anne submitted a letter requesting an extension of the Site Plan Review for the OSRD on Sterling and Houghton Roads through November 2, 2011.
Tom moved to extend as requested. John seconded. All in favor (4-0).
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 PM. All were in favor.
